Depends on your definition of 'good'. It has very serious side effects that can be permanent. You can get movement disorders that will put a damper on your day. Other than that yes it works for psychosis. It is undoubtedly the most popular antipsychotic in America for a time. It is what pop culture thinks of when they think of psychiatric drugs.
I have taken it for a year or so and I don't really have much to say about it. I stopped because it interacted with my other medications.
