is it possible to take 20mg of zyprexa and still lose weight if i exercise?

i've gained 68 pounds on zyprexa over the last 8 years. recently, i've taken up walking. can i take zyprexa, the only thing that works and lets me sleep, and still lose some weight?

Why not? It is usually the medication (zyprexa) that increases the appetite or increases water retention in the body which contributes to the weight gain. So, any help to lose those extra pounds, even through walking is great. It also helps improve the health of both body and mind.
