does anyone know a date that the zyprexa lawsuit will be issuing checks to the victims?

There was a class action lawsuit filed against Eli Lilly Pharnaceuticals because of health problems caused by the drug zyprexa. Anyway, back in the beginning of Novemeber I recieved an envelope with some documents I had to sign and send back to the law firm (whick I did) and the paper also had the dollar amount to be paid to me...s18,000. Anyways, does anyone know when the settlement checks might be issued to participants in this settlement. THANKS

You can try to contact the law firm where you submitted the forms to follow up re: payment. Some who contacted Howard Nations' firm (an attorney representing Eli Lilly) obtained information that settlment checks will go out 2nd week in January next year.
