What President (in 2004) Ordered a Stockpile of the Drug Tamiflu in Case of a Catastrophic Flu Epidemic
Do you think the Liberals / Democrats will blame Bush for this too? I wonder why not?
The restoration of my faith is being warmed up by the first 2 answers (Having NO plan, Having NO Flu Drug or Doing Nothing) Sounds like an Obama plan to me. BUT I'm not sure why he has ordered massive quantities of the "worthless drug" be sent to MY state where cases have been reported already.

Bush

Nope. Its proof no one is perfect, not even W. The real question is, will Republicans turn on Bush and call him a communist because he did things democrats now support?

I don't know who but here is an interesting little fact about a biotech company that was developing an avian flu drug.

2005 Less than two months after ascending to the U.S. Senate, Obama bought more than $50,000 worth of stock in two speculative companies whose major investors included some of his biggest political donors.

One of the companies was a biotech concern that was starting to develop a drug to treat avian flu. In March 2005, two weeks after buying about $5,000 of its shares, Obama took the lead in a legislative push for more federal spending to battle the disease.

Could this be the same company?

You honestly think Tamiflu would save the world. And if it could, only the rich would live... it would be entirely too expensive. So count your pennies sweety! lol

Tamiflu would do nothing. This is a new flu strain that has no vaccine as of yet. As the flu viruses mutate, specific vaccines need to be created to fight them.

That's right. Bush ordered a stockpile of medicine that will not do us any good.

Great work.
