I am on my 4th day of swine flu. I havent been really ill from it, only had mild symptoms. I was told to take tamiflu but im scared it will make me vomit and is there any point seen as i feel fine in myself and on the tamiflu website it says it will decrease the flu in the first 2 days of symptoms?
All drugs have side effects but still they are used to treat conditions especially if its benefits weighs over its risks/side effects. There is a point why you should take the medication as directed by your doctor: 1) you might be feeling better but you still carry the disease/virus and 2) having the virus, you can still be contagious.
