Can i dissolve tamiflu (Capsule) in water and then drink it? i can't swallow pills.

I have a hard time swallowing pills also.
Try taking a good mouth full of water and hold it in the back of your throat like you were going to gargle. then toss inthe pill and swallow the mouthful of water. Mine go down and I never know they are there. Follow it with a good drink of water to make sure it goes all the way down. You can also coat the pill with a little vegetable or olive oil to make sure it doesn't get snagged.
