should I sell my tamiflu
If I had left over or unwanted tamiflu I got on prescription, would it be wrong to offer it for sale?
Bearing in mind the following,
1, it is mine!
2, if i was to return it to pharmacy or doc they HAVE to by law destroy it!
No good to say I shouldn't have it if I dont need it 'cos it was thought (by a DOC) that I DID need it at time.
So should I just bin it or give somone else a chance to voluntarily buy if they want to?

selling prescription medication is illegal, its the same as being a drug dealer. The medication is not "yours" and if who ever takes it has an adverse reaction and dies you will be held legally responsible and tried for manslaughter.

Why would anyone buy it from you seeing as you get it for free if you need it anyway? (assuming you are in the uk)

I would keep it just in-case you get flu and feel rough.

You should never sell your medicines. You don't know the medical history of the person you would be selling it to. That person could have illnesses or be taking other medicines which interact with it.

Be responsible and give it back to your pharmacist who can dispose of it safely.
