swinflu, tamiflu help
Ive been told that i might hae swine flu and to take tamiflu but i might not have it but to carry on taking the tamiflu,My mum said that once you get tami flu you cant get it again is this correct my doctor was rather stupid to be honest i need answers quick guys.

If you have been prescribed Tamiflu, keep taking it. If your doctor was stupid, they wouldn't be a doctor.

The problem with Tamiflu is that it only works with the virus active, therefore if you don't have swine flu now but take the tablets it won't do any good. If you have a temperature over 38 degrees and two other 'cold' symptoms you could have the virus.
