I was diagnosed with swine flu a few days ago, and I didn't think it was such a big deal, y'know, it's very over-rated and stuff.
My main symptoms were just a sore throat and a cough, sort of just like a really bad cold. Anyway, I'e been taking Tamiflu for 2 days and I'm being constantly sick. I feel so awful it's worse than when I just had swine flu!
Should I stop taking the medication?
Does anyone else find this with tamiflu?
If you were prescribed with Tamiflu by your doctor, you should continue taking it for the duration stated in the prescription. All medications have side effects which the patient has to deal with and if you will read the other threads on Tamiflu, you'd find that a number of patients complain about the side effects. But you have to take it not only for your speedy recovery but also for others. If you fail to take the medication, you may prolong the symptoms and increase the risk of virus spread.
