My daughter has the flu she has been taking tamiflu since sunday she is scheduled to have a booster shot for DTP/DTap on Thursday for school. is it safe for her to get this shot while she is on the other medication

According to CDC guidelines, children with MILD illnesses such as colds may be vaccinated and those who are moderately or severely ill should wait until they recover to take the DTap vaccine. Flu may be considered as a moderate illness so if I were you, I should postpone the booster shot.
