Has anyone here taken Tamiflu
If so, what side effects did you experience?
Thanks guys. My doctor has me taking it as a preventative. I have bronchitis from a cold a few weeks ago and my son has swine flu. I feel horrible. Horrible. The nausea from the Tamiflu is killing me.

Nope, but I do know it hasn't been proven effective....

I do have to comment on the first post. Obviously after five days or so, you would be feeling better!! That is how flu works; you need to rest and get lots of fluids for several days, then you begin to feel better. Time is really the best method here plus the rest and fluids...

Last winter I unfortunately had swine flu. I was miserable for about two days, and regular flu medicine didn't help at all. I talked to my doctor, and then she game me tamiflu. Within a day I felt noticeably better. I had no symptoms from Tamiflu. I felt 100% better within 3 days after that. Tamiflu is the best.
