I am going to be travelling in the Central Highlands and was wondering whether codeine can be purchased OTC in Mexico. I realize that you can buy anything and everything OTC in the border areas; I'm wondering about the rest of Mexico, especially the parts far away from the tourist areas. Thanks so much in advance!
