I'd just like to introduce myself. I'm middle aged and suffer from insomnia and chronic pain. I've been reading boards for years, but I don't have to post very often (the search button works awesome!). After the loss of a similar board I have been checking out this place from time to time, and I guess its time to start posting.

This place looks pretty great so far, and I hope to become a participating member and not just a searcher!!
