Has anyone experienced exhaustion from stopping Plaquenil

I had been taking 600mg Plaquenil for 1 1/2 years (for autoimmune symptoms) and really felt it was doing nothing. I've been off it for almost a week now and feel so tired. Could it be from stopping the medication.
