Does anybody taken Remicade injection for treating Ankylosing Spondylitis

My mother wants to take Remicade injection for Ankylosing Spondylitis and after that wants to travel abroad? I heard that there are many side affects for Remicade injection. Does anybody/know anydody who have taken Remicade and travelled abroad after that. If so what are the side affects that occured after travelling abroad.
