get out of the USA is on a distinguished road
I have RA in my hands, I am on methotrexate, any suggestions for the pain, I am taking tyleno 3, but it does
not help much, also should I excercise my hands, I also ice them

You can try NSAIDs like Ibuprofen & Naproxen. They are much more effective than paracetamol (Tylenol).
