Has anyone found their immune system compromised secondary to the infusion of Remicade?

It's been known that patients taking Remicade are at increased risk for infections---usually tuberculosis or sepsis. Patients who develop an infection should be evaluated for appropriate antimicrobial therapy and for serious infections, Remicade should be discontinued.
