Unfortunately, one cannot make an accurate diagnosis just by looking at blood test results. Also, we (the moderators and members) are not in the position to interpret the results for you even if some of us are medical professionals. The most we can do is suggest what could possibly cause the symptoms but to integrate the symptoms, medical history and your lab test---you need your personal doctor to do that.

Anyway, since you mentioned that you have UTI-like symptoms, an infection might be the cause of hematuria (blood in urine). However, you WBC seems to fall under the normal range. You can have another urinalysis done for comparison. And usually, a urinalysis won't have an actual measure of the RBC & WBC---what you provided seems like a CBC result. With urinalysis, it just usually indicates the presence or absence of RBC & WBC (which should normally be negative or rare).
