Hi to all my fellow Aussie countrymen. I'm a new user lived in the UK for a few years and was an active buyer over there and learnt much but now I'm back in oz and know how difficult it is over here. Great to see a safe support network looking forward to learning and hopefully sharing what I know.

I suppose ill use this thread to introduce myself a little bit.
I was searching around in relation to a certain Rx and mr goggle kept on getting hits for this site, after visiting and seeing a couple of good threads on matters close to my heart I of course had to sign up so i could read more, wasnt going to add much but the system you guys and girls have here kinda makes me want to get comfy and learn as much as possible
Ill try to be subtle as i can be![]()

Hi @HR89 welcome aboard
Even being newbies we can learn a lot from this site if we read between the lines.![]()

G'day guys. You need twenty posts to PM someone and Aussies are best PM'd for sources rather than out in the forum where everyone hears, no guarantees though, you gotta show yourselves. Good Aus sources are precious.
And use the helpful and like buttons and it will be reciprocated, you'll need them to get into seniors.

Great thread. thanks for that. Searching has given me all I need for now but always keeping an eye out for contingencies.
Hey guys I'm a lurker and decided I'd jump on and say hi as I'm a little more cofortAble with the Aussies always seem to mix up names in states n what not. Anyway speak to some of you soon when a thread interests me and I feel I can imput and hopefully we can all get something out of this. Peace

welcome fellow newbs!
havent been around for a while, but need to get my posts up so i can finally pm some people back, as right now it just looks like im rude![]()

yeah it's a good site just sucks about all the rules, but in the end i suppose it's for the best of the forum, getting good meds into aus is not easy and takes time and money to find a good source, but thanks to this site it makes it a lot easyer
@HR89
In my heart i believe in you, check out 2 posts below this and be careful Kay?

Without places like this Australians would be in a bind!
Thanks everyone!

Just started lurking and placed my first order for some mod from OMS. Hoping this forum proves useful! Seems like a lot of friendly, helpful people here. Just need to follow the rules and up my post count...
Thanks for this site. Good to have a resource for Aus.
Hi guys, it's a shame that we are not allowed to mention suppliers that actually deliver. I'm sure there are many Aussies in a similar position that I'm in suffering from chronic pain but not getting strong enough Meds prescribed. I would like to help people out but it seems that you can't really help people find good suppliers until you reach 50 posts, which I think is a real shame as people( me for example) didnt join this site for pointless chit chat, they join it to find good suppliers that deliver. My advice is to check out thread started by the moderators that lists all the iop in the veteran area, then do a lot of googling/reading reviews from forums like this one to find out if they are legit. That is how I found the one that I'm buying from now starting with P and I'm very happy and pain free. That thread is your friend if you do some of your own research. Good luck to you all finding what you came here looking for
@Muffinman
I respect your opinion and your predicament but, the forum is run the way it is for a reason!!
The alternative is new members with bad intentions joining and giving out bad sources and people being ripped off. PRs system does not prevent this from happening but, it makes it that little bit more difficult because by the time you have made 50 posts we have gotten to know the person and what they are about etc.
You clearly haven't worked out that there is more to PR than a source of meds, it's a community off people who offer practical and moral support to members (like yourself) who have a multitude off ailments.
You also contradicted yourself slightly, you have 12 posts (in 4 months) yet with some good well worked research have managed to find what you require....why should you do all the hard work to hand the info on a silver platter to someone who has just logged on and wants YOUR hard work handed to them on day one?
We welcome feedback and new members on PR and you are free to contribute or not contribute as much as you like. I think you should give the community a chance and get to know some off the well respected and medical professional members we are grateful to have as members!!
If it was clearly just a source you were after....then you have what you came for and should be content in any way!!
I think if you give PR the time required to actually understand the process you will realise why the forum has the success it does and 1000s of members....lots who actually do just like chit chat believe it or not!
Welcome to PR and I hope you stay and enjoy the community![]()
