Default confused by too many options

Hi I guess I'm a total newbie and this could go in the newbie forum, but I think Australia is sufficiently different to warrant another newbie bit here.

Anyway I heard it was relatively easy to order sildenafil (viagra) online to Australia. The more I looked into it however, the more daunted I became. There are so many chemists, and none of them look particularly reliable - there don't seem to be any on this site that consistently get good reviews for example.

My main question relates to payment. I wouldn't trust any of these guys with my credit card, and the majority of them don't take money orders. (Some of them do I know).

So at the moment I am too confused to continue down this path but I thought I would post here and hopefully get some advice from someone more experienced.

From the time I've been here I've noticed that @Magician has been a bit knowledgeable on this field on the mens health subject maybe he can provide his 2 cents to help you expand a bit that knowledge your looking for.

I have had a few problems with charge cards. My choice would be Amex. That payment option is hard to find these days. I have done a few chargeacks over the years for a couple. The times it was necessary, I was also prepared to explain myself to to them, and admit there was fraud involved. I was always re-issed a new, and I put a limit on my card. I would not suggest ever giving a debit card (e.g. your ATM card). I do not know enough about the pay by theck options to comment accurately. I usually reload a AAA Visa card with the amount of money I needed. There is no charge for members after you have the card. I go in person to their office. One time about five years ago I actually had to cancel a card because of monthly charges. My money was returned by the bank (eventually). I walked away from that vendor taking a small loss.

I have not ordered anything since 2010. I probably will this weekend.

I bought a reloadable visa card at the post office. It's called mycanvascard. It doesn't have my name on it but when entering the details on a website I just put the name I'm using and it goes through. At least that way I know the worst that can happen is I lose the bit of money that's loaded and no one's getting into my bank account details.

I've run across many sites that will inform you of preferred payment type via e-mail. Usually just fill out a contact form and you will get an e-mail from the vendor explaining how to pay.

I've used Western Union and Money Gram previously without any issues. I don't really understand why people have problems paying with these services, it's not like they are heaty or sketchy. I've never been asked ID or what the money is for.

I have been thinking the exact same thing, but we'll see. I plan to order over the weekend but I guess it will take a while before I know the outcome.

Harold, I don't know if you got an answer that satisfies you. And I'm not sure I have an answer either, since I don't mind using my credit card. I keep an eye on the account and will dispute any fradulent charges. (I'd never use my debit card, though.)

But maybe if you more clearly articulated your question, you'd get a better response. I'm not trying to be annoying, but your post actually didn't ask a specific question.

I'm totally with you @Harold2323 . How the heck dare you supposed to choose? Add to that the complexity of ordering from different countries, and it really is just a huge gamble.

I think it's a wise idea to pay with prepaid cards. And money grams aren't such a big deal once you get used to them.

I agree, these places are so sketchy!

I've tried ordering from two different sites, they email me back, and call and say they can't process my order, so I say fine, cancel it....

Then they call me back two months later saying they can process!

I have a package at the post office I need to sign for... will pick it up today.

    Wish me luck!

@Harold2323: ordering generic sildenafil/vardenafil/tadalafil to au will give you no probs with customs provided you are ordering small quantities for your own personal use only. a doc friend of mine said they fairly regularly and subtly suggest this very possibility to many of their relevant patients because the price differential is enormous and the risks are low.

plenty of options even in the non-senior sections of the forum. did you have a dig around the australia sub-forum? if there is nothing there, perhaps open a thread about op's that successfully ship generic ed meds to au?

I have to agree with you. My desire to buy online is entirely legitimate, but I feel like I'm consulting a drug dealer in a back alley with most of these websites. I wish I knew someone in the flesh who had done it before, then I might be more at ease with the idea.
