Taking 2 ambian pills and an Ambien CR pill

I took 1 10g ambien at six pm and still couldn't sleep so i took another 10 g ambien at 8 pm, and i still can't sleep. So i was thinking of taking an Ambien CR 12.5g pill. Is this ok to do. I'm thinking third lucks the charm. Should i do this. It is 11:15 pm. any advice would be helpful.

2 Ambiens in one day is too much...much more if you take another Ambien CR pill. Take note that the maximum dose of Ambien is 10mg per day or that's 1 pill a day.
