I am on Zoloft but having problems sleeping so the doctor gave me Ambien. Is it safe to take both? I'm getting bad headaches everyday now and wonder if it's from the Ambien.
Best thing to do is talk to your doctor as soon as possible. If your doc is not available until your next appointment, talk to your pharmacist. A pharmacist is an expert on drug interactions and side effects and might have some quick suggestions today or will refer you back to your doc with question's to ask at your next appointment. Utilize the expertise of the medical staff available to you. I'm on med's and I talk to the pharmacist when I have a concern. They are very helpful.
