phenobarbital is this forever
My Pug just startedphenobarbital for his "fly biting" i thought i read somewhere that some dogs may not need to be on this forever, it may be a week or so of use, then he will return to the way he was before. Is this so? or will my pug have to be on this medicine forever? =( anybody know....

No, its not forever. As long as symptoms are controlled, then he may not need to take it anymore.

Hope this helps.
