My ten lb. miniture poodle was given 18 tablets of 16.2mg phenobarbital around 4 O'clock yesterday (Sat 7/19)
.....she got sick to her stomach after drinking a ton of water, was having trouble walking last night. She seems to be doing better now, just very lethargik and sleepy. Please tell me if you think it will be safe to leave her alone tomorrow. Thanks.

Hopefully, that 18 was a typo or you're just some clown trying to annoy people.

If neither of the above applies, I'd log off the PC and get her to the nearest emergency vet and just hope it's caught in time.

She needs to see the vet immediately since she overdosed. The normal dose is 2.3 mg per pound.

Overdosing can cause irreversible liver damage.

Why hasn't she seen a vet yet??

I would not recommend leaving her alone until she is back to normal. If you can't take off then try doggie daycare or a friend or something.
