has anyone used propranolol and gotten the same side effects as me

I have horrible migraines and my dr has recently put me on propranolol to help prevent them. I have tried elvail (messed with my moods), topomax (allergic reaction) and imitrex didnt work either. I have taken it for 2 days and I have been itching, dizzy, lightheaded, I have numbness in my arms and hands, really tired, but cant sleep Im very restless and to top it off my blood pressure is low 104/68. My normal bp ranges from 120/80 128/85. I may be a little more concerned than I should be but I just dont feel right. Any help would be great. Thanks alot in advance.

Propranolol can be good for migraines. I've taken it for anxiety but I didn't get any side effects you mention. However, I am now on another blood pressure drug Spironolactone (for acne) and I had similar symptoms to what you describe - dizziness, sudden drop in BP, itching and skin rash, headaches, exhaustion. They disappeared after a few weeks of using it. But I still think it's important to see or phone your doctor to make sure it's safe for you to carry on using this, because it could be a bad sign.
