Two points to consider.
Toprol gets into the brain, and about 10% of patients get feelings of being tired. Sometimes this is labled depression, but I would not take medication for it, but switch to a selective Beta blocker that does not get into the brain
(Sectral is available as a generic and might be a good substitute, if a low enough dose was available to treat your condition and if your doctor thought sectral's intrinsic sympathomimetic activity (which Toprol does not have) would not be a problem.
Toprol, being a beta blocker can make the heart beat slower and with less force and this might be another cause of feeling tired, you need your doctor to evaluate this physical effect.
