Metoprolol 50 mg and Amlodipine 5 mg
Hi,I am 38 years old and diagnosed of BP. My BP before 6 months was 170/110mm/hg.I was very tensed and stressed due to personal reasons.
I am taking Amlopin-M (Metoprolol-50mg and Amlodipine 5mg) single tablet for the past 6 months to control it. Now for the last one month My BP is around 120/80 constantly. My Question is
1. Can I reduce the dose to half?
2. Can I break the tablet to half and take(Its an Exteneded Release Tablet.
Doctors please help.
