Is anyone taking Propranolol?..Please help?

If you can help me please say what dose you are taking and please if it has helped you and also any side effects. Anything at all you can tell me from your experience with this medication would be appreciated! I know it can be used for different things. For me, I was prescribed this medication in the hope of preventing Migraines.

Propanolol or Inderal is a beta blocker. It slows down your heart beat & can be used to prevent migraines. I took it a very long time ago & don't remember the dose. I do remember it causing me to be depressed.

Call your MD. clarify the dosaging & any side effects you believe you are having.

It comes in pills sizes from 2 to 10mg. 5mg would be enough to subdue adrenal receptors pretty well in most people I believe, but talk to your doctor.
