40mg Propranolol, 50mg aldactone, 150mg Effexor XR, 3mg Xanax ... do I still need Effexor Xr if taking propran

I thought Propranolol was suppose to take the place of Effexor XR ... should I be taking them both together ... I have two diagnosis of PTS.

Effexor is an antidepressant for anxiety disorders & clinical depression. Propranolol also works for certain anxiety disorders (i.e. performance anxiety) but it doesn't cover all cases. Best to consult your doctor & clarify if propranolol can replace effexor in your case.
