N. Korean stripped of his medals cos he took PROPRANOLOL, why?

I dont think propranolol is an illicit drug at all. It does not cause you to grow stronger or whatever. Just less tremor and less nervous. And if the athlete has hypertension, propranolol is just a medication to treat that. Its a prescription for anxiety too. whats wrong with it. I feel sorry for the N Korean who was stripped of his two medals
