Does Ephedrine Work? Please Comment.

Hey im 20, Male, low BP, good heart, not over weight but BMI is abit too high to see the definition of the abs..
My question is;

Does Ephedrine work? anyone had any go with it? with a good diet how long will it take to loose X ammount of pounds?

The best you can really hope for with ephedrine, like in ma huang, is some temporary decrease in appetite. And even that doesn't help everyone. It won't cause significant weight loss nor "boost" weight loss on a reasonable food plan. Some people are very sensitive to it and even having a "good heart" and normal BP isn't protection against possible side effects.
