What would happen if you were to mix Epinephrine and vicodin

What would be the effect of snorting a substance made of the following:

Epinephrine and Vicodin.
Cracking the Vicodin into powder and adding some 1:100,000 Epinephrin to it, letting it dry making it a powder still.

vicodin is weak and epinephrine is just a steroid so not much.
