Is anyone experiencing tracking problems with Canada Post? I ordered a package from Britain earlier in the week and while the Royal Mail states that it has arrived in Canada, nothing has appeared on Canada Post's website for 3 days since that time.

Sometimes it takes a little longer then 3 days to update on there site.

I notice mine usually take a day or two to update and it normally happens at some point between 12am-6am if they're coming from the UK.

I have a package stuck in canada mississauga custom since january 26th and i dont know if eithier they have lost it or seize it or it going take one hell of alot of time to get there anyone else experience it 2?
My package has been in Canada customs as of Dec 9. Still showing being reveiwed by customs. I know i wont get my package, but when will the canada post website update there system and take that message out?? How long does it say that for? Thanks


@chris100 , I'd call Canada Post and request an investigation. They're usually pretty good about that sort of thing. Alternatively, contacting customs might help.
In my case, my package hasn't been scanned anywhere in Canada (even customs), however the Royal Mail reports it as having arrived here. It's only been a few days so far though.

The problem is the Sender has to open the investigation and we don't want to open any heat on the supplier i rather just get a resend i think by this week i have been confirmed to get 2 resent, hopefully they will come threw i will keep in contact when i do get them.
If i call them to find out where my package is, they may tell me i was not aloud to order that medication into Canada. What im not understanding is Canada customs website is telling me it being reviewed. 3 months being reviewed?? What to do????Anyone?

I dont mind if i dont get my package. I would just want to know when they will take it off there website showing its being reviewed by customs. Dec 9th and still showing me the same thing. grrrrrrrrrrr.

I'm having a similar problem right now. I have an order from AMC stuck in customs since feb.15th. I contacted AMC about it and they said to call my local post office! I really don't want to bring any attention to this package,it seems they shoud know that right? Has anybody ever contacted the post office about a missing package before?

Ya your right Smurf.. You want to find out where it is, but you dont want them to open it and find whats in it. Im like you, im not sure what to do. Im worried that there going to ask me why i waited so long to ask where it is. Or there going to tell me the medication i ordered was something i was not aloud to order, and they may move forward with it and give me a LL. So i dont know what the best thing to do is. Im just frustrated cause they wont update there website about my package.










I'd leave it. I had this happen with an Airmail company before and they reshipped as soon as I asked for it.
Do you mind telling me which one of the airmail sites was it? AMC wants me to contact my local post office,i think that would be a pretty dumb thing to do considering what's in the package! It'a not a book from amazon ya know? Did they ask you to contact your post office before they reshipped?










Yes I did.
I just gave them a call and asked if they had a package for me. I've ordered lots off of eBay, not to mention gifts family sends. I also sell online (nothing illicit) so they wouldn't think it was odd if I was asking. I would never follow up with Customs or CP though. Just call from a pay phone or your cell, they won't think twice about it. AMC should promptly reship after that.
If you don't mind could you please send me a PM to let me know where the original one got halted. I've had an issue with one of the clearing centers and was just curious if we're in the same boat.![]()
I know with my package Canada customs told me that i had to get a hold of the company that sent me the package and then go from there. Like Macro is going to call them and find out where the package is. NOT!!!! Anyway the lady i was talking to at Canada post said , you never know whats going to happen with the package. She said it may show up or it may not. This package has been there as of Dec 9th. But she said you may still get it.

A year in a half???? Wow, does it still show on there website that its being reveiwed by customs after all that time??

Well, now I know what is going on with my package. I'll request that a replacement order be shipped.
