Yes, it does. It sounds like you are in a race of good and bad. Smoking is more harmful at this time than anything you could do for yourself. I know it's tough but lay those things aside and work with the medical professionals and save your life. Best of wishes with your speedy recovery. This type of illness can be whipped, hang in there.
