My Dr gave me Triamcinolone Acetonide Cream for Lupus effecting my skin.
Do you know if this would be commenly used for that? And can you put it on first and then apply sunscreen?
Triamcinolone acetonide cream is indicated for the relief of the itching, redness, and swelling associated with many skin conditions like dermatitis. I couldn't find anything which says applying sunscreen over topical steroid is contraindicated, but to be sure, ask your doctor first.
