I am a dancer and in two weeks I start a new touring show in the USA and I just injured my back. I have been told to get cortisone shots to help me temporarily.
Has anyone ever had these before? Does it work? What do you think??
I have a girlfriend who gets the epidural cortisone shots. They worked great for her for about 5 years. Sorry to say that they're not working anymore. If you just injured your back and it is a temporary situation...I would go for it. It's definitely worth it.
