Is it good for the keloid on my tragus to go hard to soft when using hydrocortisone

I recently found a bump on the inside of my ear where my tragus is. i finally went to a local piercer and he told me that it was forming a keloid and to get some hydrocortisone and put directly on it. i did and as soon as i put it on to rub in the bump went from hard to soft and when I got up this morning to check it its a lot smaller.. i just wanna make sure everything is going well....
i have both my traguses pierced and i don't wanna have to take one out..
I'm still putting the hydrocortisone on it and i will keep doing that til it heals..but he did say if it doesn't heal that I will have to take it out.

if you notice that it is getting smaller and softer, it is working. Its only when you see no results that you should worry...You wont have to take the piercing out if its getting smaller...no worries!


my friend had her industrial taken out, her keloid was huge and wasnt going away...
