Default Has anyone else used corticosteroid on their eczema? How effective is it

I have facial eczema and my doctor just prescribed this cream to me.

I've had flawless skin for as long as I can remember and my rashes just started popping up 4 months ago. I have a light asthma but I haven't had an attack in ages so I guess it's coming out this way.

I used steroid creams for my eczema. They work temporarily. After stopping using them, my conditions get even worse.
After using number of prescription drugs I've turned to the natural treatments.
Now I use herbal remedies from serenaskin.com, which aims at the root of the disease - the immune system. This treatment controls my eczema very well.
After about 3 weeks of using ointment and spray my skin has been cleared up and now I just continue with anti-eczema extract, which controls the immune system. My skin has been clear for months now.
I'm very pleased with the results.
The main cause of eczema is overreaction of the immune system. Identifying certain foods, chemicals, etc can be very helpful in battling this disease. I try to avoid soy and sea food which trigger my flare-ups.
