Default Eczema - corticosteroid (steroids) effectivity

I have mild eczema on my face that strated out as rashes a couple of months ago. I didn't do anything because I had NO idea it was eczema and I just went to the doctor recently because I've been getting more rashes.

Has anyone used corticosteroids here before? How long will it take to work? I've been applying mine twice a day (as directed) for about 4 days now and there's some difference.

Has anyone here used it and have their eczema completely gone? Please answer my question, my face used to be flawless =(

well, it is pretty dang effective,
but there have been known to be pretty significant side effects after long term use, including thinning of the bones and skin, avascular necrosis of bones, facial swelling, and really a lot of others.
its why my dad stopped using them for his psoriasis.
    just letting you know.
