what is the difference between prednisone and hydrocortisone

And is their any differences of side effects? or are their effects/side effects the same?

They are both creams for skin. Hydrocortisone is for eczema where's predisone is for rashes and is suitable for those with certain skin allergies. The only difference in their side affects is that if you use hydrocortisone on people suffering 'cladifornesiema' then they could get a very painful burn-like rash where it was applied.
