Cortisone
My doc gave me cortisone but idk is it really good to clear redness and heal the dead cells(I used alcohol on my skin and it became red) also have a lil hole but will cortisone really help for that specific matter?

Cortisone only does two things: it reduces inflammation and pain. It has no effect on healing except where inflammation is preventing it. So, for your condition, it will reduce the redness, and that's all.
