    They are both Corticosteroids but used for different aliments.
    Dexamethasone is used for Cerbral edema, inflammatory conditions, allergic reactions, neoplasias, shock, cushing syndrome, adrenocortical insufficiency.
    Prednisolone is used for inflamation suppression, uncontrolled asthma, MS, nephrotic syndrome
