Cortisone shot side effects?

I had a cortisone shot in my shoulder today around 1 and now 9 hours later I'm having hot flashes.

Is this something normal or should i be worried? It's bad enough that it's making me sweat.

Patients may experience hot flashes and even redness of their face. This reaction is more common in women and is seen into up to 15 percent of patients. This can begin within a few hours of the injection and may last for a few days.
