Tip for gettin pregnant wit Metformin

I'm 22 and I have PCOS. I hd an ectopic pregnancy in Dec of 2007 After just two rounds f Clomid. I only ave 1 open tube now. After trying Clomid for 5 more months and a million tests they just put me on metformin this week. Any tips to make this more successful? My Hubby and I could really use a miracle?

I hate to say it I also am on metformin and i hate it I feel almost as if it is doing nothing for hubby and I, they claim it to do wonders but I have yet to see the change. At any rate DH and I also MC in jan 09 and were trying for 5 years prior so when we recived news we finaly did it we were estatic I was on metformin and thought it had worked only to MC five days later, altho every ones body reacts diff from the metformin it doesnt make life any easier when taking it, I hope this info helps i have read that laying down after sex for 30-45 mins with out getting upa nd WAITING to pee at all costs can help since it takes 30-40 mins for the sperm to reach the egg and take. having sex three times during ovulation week also helps every other day preferably this is my new tactic DH and i have decided this month to try this rounte a friend of mine tried this while on metformin and having PCOS and had a sucsessfull pregnancy hoping and wishing for you good luck !
