has any one had success with taking metformin and clomid together

I have been on 3 rounds of clomid so far with no success so i had a diagnostic laparoscapy with chromotubation the doc said everything looked normal and my tubes are clear so now hes putting me on metformin and clomid together for 3 months. im just about ready to lose hope, so i just wanted to know if anyone has had any success with this combo of both meds together?

« whats the best dose of metformin to take? | I was taking5/500 glyburide and was switched to glipizide and metformin seperately,it supposed to do the same ? »
