How long does nausea last when starting on metformin?

Ive been taking it for almost a month, and still feel like puking all day long. 1000mg twice a day.

check to make sure if you're pregnant. I was on metformin for less than a month before I found out I was pregnant and I didn't know. I was nauseous too, still am.
