Im on metformin and last month was my first month of clomid,
i sometimes forget to take my metformin in a day or two and sometimes I just dont want to take it at all cause of its side effects but Im still taking it until now ,is this can cause me health problems when i dont take it regularly or like the right dose im suppose to take ?will it sitll help me or not at all ?
You should let your doctor know first before you stop taking the medication. Patients taking metformin are allowed to stop taking it for a short time for certain scenarios but it is not clear on whether there are consequences by doing so.
If you think the side effects are such a bother, then you can discuss it with your doctor for a possible dose or drug change.
