Im 16 years old and I wanted to know if Hoodia Gordonii is ok to take at my age!?

Im 16 and 5'4 ft tall i weight like 130 pounds and i want to loose those 30 pounds ive been reading about the hoodia gordonii diet pills and they say it works but it doenst say if its bad if a 16 year old takes them so can anyone help me?

P.S. If you have any other ideas to loose those 30 pounds in 3 months that would help too <3

if hoodia goronii is some sort of energy mix then yes it is safe just make sure you work out 30 to 45 min after you drink it
