ok so would smartburn with hoodia still work on me if i only eat two meals a day?

i would not mess with that stuff. i would go to the dietician who would recommend no more than2200 calories a day and doing some kind of exercise like walking, doing some strength training and cardio. try eatimg six small meal throughout the day.
