Hoodia's claims of suppressing my appetite were dead wrong. It didn't do anything for me. I have not tried Nutrition 53, but I am guessing it is just a stimulant? Most of these products are a waste of money. If they worked, then we would all be thin. Instead of downing an expensive pill, try a large cup of coffee in the morning before your workout. Compounds in coffee help stimulate the release of fatty acids which helps during your workout.
